Effective Upon Account Creation

These Terms and Conditions apply specifically to creators who register, verify, and participate in campaigns on the ShoutOut platform. By creating a Creator account, you agree to comply with the following conditions:

1. Eligibility & Verification

• You must be 18+ or legally permitted to enter into contracts in your country.
• You agree to provide truthful information including social handles, contact details, and real performance insights.
• You are responsible for keeping your information updated regularly.

2. Profile & Insight Sharing

• You are required to upload accurate and recent performance data (e.g., reach, engagement, audience demographics).
• Your data may be used internally by ShoutOut for ranking, matching, and visibility to brands.
• All data is stored securely and not sold to third parties.

3. Campaign Participation

• You may apply for or be invited to participate in brand campaigns.
• Upon accepting a campaign, you must meet the agreed deliverables within specified deadlines.
• Late or incomplete delivery may result in reduced visibility, payment delays, or suspension.

4. Payments & Tax

• You will be compensated according to the agreement per campaign, subject to brand approval.
• ShoutOut will process payments within 7–14 business days after brand confirmation.
• You are responsible for any personal or income tax obligations under local law.

5. Content Rights & Licensing

• By submitting content to a campaign, you grant the brand and ShoutOut a non-exclusive license to use the content for promotional purposes.
• Brands may reuse content on digital and social platforms as part of the agreement.

6. Code of Conduct

• You must adhere to respectful communication with brands, ShoutOut staff, and fellow creators.
• Any form of fraudulent behavior, fake analytics, or inappropriate content will result in immediate suspension or permanent removal.

7. Dispute Resolution

• If a dispute arises between you and a brand, ShoutOut will act as mediator to resolve the issue fairly.
• Final arbitration decisions made by ShoutOut are binding to ensure trust and transparency.

8. Termination

• ShoutOut reserves the right to terminate any creator account for repeated non-compliance or breaches of these terms.
• You may request account deletion at any time through the Help Center.

9. Updates

• These terms may be updated periodically. You will be notified of material changes by email or in-platform alerts.
